The tricky part is that if we do foam we also have to do the higher efficiency furnace (92% vs 80%) and that's another 5K. If we don't do the spray foam we can do the lower cost air conditioner/furnace at 80% (because how tight the house will be sealed they can't use the lower efficiency furnace with foam).
